My Philosophy

My philosophy of education is based on the premise that every child can learn from nurturing teachers, inspiring leaders, a progressive school culture, and supportive community.  The essence of a child’s positive and productive growth from adolescence to adulthood stems from caring and influential staff.  Within this inviting atmosphere, I am compelled to positively and properly address issues to foster change.

The catalyst of change resides in my mission to instill the best practices and technological use to provide a safe and rigorous learning environment for students.  It is important to continuously guide and motivate staff to deliver standards-aligned instruction and 21st Century skills to educate and shape children to become productive, global citizens in the workforce.

I am a firm believer in "servant" leadership and servant leaders. In my opinion, school administrators must be the greatest servants of their particular schools. In return, their staff and faculty will begin to take on the spirit of servanthood!
